About me

My name is Jakub Wolfram, I have been chasing the idea of being part of the game development world for over 4 years now. I have spent 3 years studying Game Design & Programming at Uppsala University and graduated with a Bachelors of Art, finally completing my first steps into this exciting and at times tough, journey.

Like for many others, video games had always been my escape and my biggest entertainment. Experiencing storytelling and interactive media through them was one of my favorite hobbies.

I have been bouncing around different roles, programming, design, sound design and even a little bit of art (Zbrush). It led me to a discovery, which is that I do prefer being a “Jack of all trades” instead of a specialist and my favorite role is game design. Which for me was the core role for game development, where I like to be.

Working with others, creating a warm and supportive environment for my teammates as well as producing/designing anything that's needed for the project to succeed, are usually the things I focus on during the development.

As for hobbies I do still play a lot of video games, and there too I am quite the generalist, playing a large variety of games. Other hobbies include movies, music and being social, whenever i'm not locked in, playing single player games.
